Students, Staff, and Chaperones will be taken by bus, all other volunteers and spectators will provide own transportation. Students may not leave any event unless prior authorization is received from the school office.

Spectator tickets for this event are being sold at a discount ($6) by Tony Martinez. You can see him at the end of practice on Tuesday and Thursday and before the football game on Saturday. After that you can try to catch Nancy Sherr at the gate before the competition starts. Tickets are sold in person, no reservations.
โ๏ธ Attention Volunteers: There are a limited free tickets available only to volunteers that will enter the stadium as spectators after the show. If you will only help to bring the band in and out of the field you do not need a ticket. Please let Tony Martinez know by Thursday 3pm if you plan to stay to watch other bands to reserve your ticket.

Band practices at upper field
10:00 ๐ฐ Volunteers Report Time
Chaperones - Prepare waters and pack plumes
Pit Crew - Get Gators and Hitch up
10:30- 11:00 Lunch & Load
Students have lunch and change into full uniform. (Students bring their own lunch. (Front Ensemble section helps load truck before they eat.)
11:30 - ๐ Depart for Morristown High school

9:30 - Only Drum Majors and available Captains report back at Hanover Park HS for awards
