🏆 Competition Ramsey
We are performing a pregame show at the game at Morris Knolls and then leaving the game early for the competition in Ramsey.
🚌 Students, Staff, and Chaperones will be taken by bus, all other volunteers and spectators will provide own transportation.
🎟 We have a few tickets left if you want to purchase them at a discount. Find Tony Martinez at the game or Nancy Sherr at the event

At Knolls
8:15 Students Report Time
Arrive in practice clothes, bring full uniform in garment bag.
8:30 - 11:00 Practice
Band practices at upper field
11:00 - Volunteers Report Time
Pit Crew - 🐊 Get gators and trailers up to band room area. Chaps. - Prepare waters, get plumes
11:00 - 12:00 Lunch and change into full uniform. (Students bring their own lunch. )
11:50 - 12:15 Volunteers and pit students load trailers with pit equipment, bring to Caruso field and setup for show.
12:30 - 12:45 🦅 Band performs pregame show at Knolls
12:45 - 1:00 - Pit crew loads truck and departs for Ramsey
(1 hour before band leaves)
2:00 - Band leaves game and departs for Ramsey
Chaperones travel with band on buses

2:00 - Volunteers Arrive at Ramsey and Unload Truck Assemble podium
Upon arrival: Trucks will report to the Prospect street side of the school. Here you will meet your hosts Pit Trucks: Will be met by traffic escorts and placed in the appropriate spots. These spots are not directly in view of the warm up areas so please make sure you can communicate with your front ensemble to make sure your group makes the gate on time. After your performance we ask that you move your truck out of the lot to make room for the other groups!!!
2:45 - 🐊 Pit Crew bring band equipment to warm up area “D” in gators
3:35 - 4:20 Practice
4:20 - 🐊 Gators Pickup Band Equipment from Warmup Area “D” bring to Entrance Gate
4:35 - 🚨 Have equipment staged at “Band Entrance Gate” 🚨
!!! 2 point penalty if we are late !!!
4:45 - RETRO Performance
🦅 FLY LIKE AN EAGLE !!!
5:00 - Pit crew loads truck
7:30 - 🏆 AWARDS
9:00 - Estimated time back at Knolls (can vary)
You will receive a REMIND notice when band leaves Ramsey. It’s a 45 minute drive back.
