Away vs. Delbarton

⚠️ UPDATE: We will not perform the halftime show at Delbarton. See slightly modified schedule below. (Volunteers will load truck at lunch time so it’s ready for later.)
🥶 Cold Weather Notice
We are expecting chilly weather for the the early morning practice and evening performance. It will be 46 degrees at Knolls at report time and then 48 degrees in Randolph later in the evening. You may want to layer under your uniform with under armor or similar. Also bring hats and sweatshirts for practice and to sit later in the stands.
!!Raincoats must be in your garment bag!!
🌮 Food
Students must bring their own lunch. Later a dinner will be served after the football game is over. The plan is to come back to Knolls for 🍕 Pizza sponsored by the band boosters before leaving for Randolph.
🚌 Transportation
Students, Staff, and Chaperones will be taken by bus, all other volunteers and spectators will provide own transportation.
Students may not leave any event unless prior authorization is received from the school office.

9:15 Students Report Time
Arrive in practice clothes, bring full uniform and raincoat in garment bag.

9:30 - 12:00 Practice
Band practices at upper field
12:00 🔰 Volunteers Report Time
Chaperones - Prepare waters
Pit Crew - Only loading truck, we will get gators in the afternoon.
Need smaller crew (6 helpers to load truck) others please stop in for any updates and then you can goto game or go home and relax until later.
12:00 - 1:00 Lunch and Load
Students have lunch and change into full uniform. (Students bring their own lunch. (Front Ensemble section helps load truck before or after they eat.)
1:30 - 🚌 Depart for Delbarton

4:30 🔰 Volunteers Report Time
Pit Crew - Get 🐊 gators and trailers and hitch up. Truck will already be loaded.
Chaperones - Restock waters, get plumes. This can be done when you return from game.
5:00 - 6:00 - 🍕 Pizza Dinner

6:00 - Pit crew departs for Randolph (truck already loaded)
6:30 - 🚌 Students depart for Randolph

6:45 - Pit Crew brings Pit Equipment in Warmup Area
7:00 - Students arrive at Randolph and Warm up
8:15 - 🐊 Gators Pickup Band Equipment from Warmup Area bring to Field Entrance Gate
8:35 - 🚨 Have equipment staged at “Band Entrance Gate”
