5:00 - Students Report Time:
Band: Arrive in Half Uniform (Bibs, Shoes, Show Shirt)
Guard: Ask your section leader what to wear

5:15 - Volunteers begin arriving, (get gators and trailers)

5:45 - Hospitality fills coolers with ice and water, Chaperones prepare water bags load onto gators

6:00 - Pit Students bring equipment out for loading

6:20 - Pit Crew completes loading trailers 

6:30 - Band marches down to Caruso, Pit Crew drives equipment to staging area

6:45 - Hills performs pregame Show 

7:00 - Kickoff 🏈

2nd Quarter (8 min remaining):  🚨 Volunteers report to staging area 

Halftime: Pit Crew and Students move on to the field for performance.
