We will be celebrating the end of the competition season with a cookout after the show. The boosters will provide hamburgers and hotdogs. We are also asking for donations of side dishes and desserts.

Please consider that we will not be able to keep food hot or cold. Dishes will be served at room temperature. The food can dropped off at 8am sharp at the band room door and leave it with Tony Martinez
๐ Transportation
Students, staff, and chaperones will be taken by bus, and leave from Morris Knolls High School. All other volunteers and spectators will provide own transportation. Students may not leave any event unless prior authorization is received from the school office.

Friday EveninG
6:00 pm - 8:30 pm Students Practice
8:30 pm Volunteers load truck and hitch gators after practice
SATURDAY MORNING
8:00 am SHARPโผ๏ธ Students Report Time
Arrive at Morris Knolls in half uniform. Bring remainder of uniform and raincoat in garment bag. โผ๏ธPlease remember your show shirt.
8:00 am Band equipment truck and gators will be leaving from Birchwood Firehouse at this time, not Knolls.
8:15 am - Depart Knolls
We are estimating a 2.5 hour ride to Sewell.
Washington Twp High School

10:30 Volunteers arrive and unload and bring pit equipment in warmup area, Students arrive at Hanover Park HS and Warm up
11:45 ๐ Gators Pickup Band Equipment from Warmup Area bring to Field Entrance Gate
12:00 ๐จ Have equipment staged at โBand Entrance Gateโ

12:15 - RETRO Performance

12:30 - Pit crew loads truck, prepares food for students.
12:30 - 2:00 - ๐ญ ๐ Band, Staff, & Volunteers Cookout
2:00 - 3:00 - Return to stadium for๐ awards
3:30 - Estimated departure time- Band and Pit Crew Returns to Knolls
(2.5 hour drive home Remind will be sent when returning)
