The logistics of moving our marching band equipment, large instruments, and props are run 100% by parents, alumni, local businesses, and those who love this great activity.

Our easiest donation level is the “Wheel”. Our band instruments and equipment are constantly in motion. Over time our wheels become flat or wear down. Bad wheels cause delays getting the band on and off the field and in some cases may cost us points during a competition.

TWO SPEAKER CARTS

In order to hear the amazing music from the front ensemble the band has microphones on the instruments. Also the electric guitars and piano, are also amplified so the audience can hear them. The students an parents currently physically carry speakers that weigh over 60 pounds on and off the field. These carts would be a huge help in the weekly load and unload process.

The family or business that donates this cart will be commemorated with a engraved badge on the cart. You will also receive a certificate to document the donation for tax purposes.
