🙏🏻 We need a few extra hands this day to help with hospitality.

🍔 🌭 Food

We will have a hospitality table setup for the students after halftime. Please consider donating a baked good as we will have more students than normal visiting the table. We can also use some help to set up with the food and monitor during half time.

Spectators will pay a standard football ticket at the gate.

SATURDAY MORNING

10:15 - Students Report Time
Arrive at Morris Knolls in practice clothes. Bring uniform and raincoat in garment bag. ‼️Please remember your show shirt.

10:30 - 11:30 - Rehearsal

11:30 - 12:00 - Lunch and Uniform, volunteers load and bring gators to staging area.

12:00 - Boutonnieres will be pinned on uniforms of seniors in bandroom.

12:20 - Band will march down the hill to field with Alumni and 8th Graders

12:35 - Band will line up in two rows forming a gauntlet 50 yard line, the seniors and parents line up on sideline on field for announcements

12:40 - 1:00 - Seniors announced

1:00 🏈 Kickoff

2nd Quarter (8 min remaining):  🚨 Volunteers report to staging area 

Halftime: Pit Crew and Students move on to the field for performance.

After Halftime: Both bands, Alumni, and Senior Parents will meet at the hospitality table for snacks.
